 Our super sized signature slab cake available in 4 flavours:

• The Tiramisu — Espresso-soaked saviordi cake layered with silky mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of dark cocoa. Garnished with espresso ganache filled rosettes.
• Cinnamon Swirl — Cinnamon swirl cake layered with brown butter cream cheese frosting. Garnished with sea salt caramel filed rosettes.
• Black Forest Gateau — Rich chocolate cake layered with local sour cherry jam and whipped white chocolate. Garnished with a cherry topped rosettes.
• Honeyed Matcha, Seasonal — Honey cake layered with white chocolate ceremonial grade matcha ganache cream. Garnished with caramelized honey filled rosettes.

Each serving is hand decorated in Julide's signature style with garnishes that enhance each slice.

Best served at room temperature, remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
